Suet sourced exclusively from Eva Valley Meats, where the founder works as an apprentice butcher/slaughterman and harvests the suet personally. Small batches from Top End grass-fed and finished, hormone-free beef. Sells online and at local farmgate sales/markets. Also on TikTok.
